[ Unlike some people in this position, Leia actually takes this role quite seriously. She stays organized, takes thorough notes when necessary, and remains focused on whatever the task at hand might be. She's not used to performing duties like this, given her background, and while internally she might feel that she has much more to contribute in the scheme of things, she won't be apathetic about it.

When she has free time, though, she can be seen reading a book she's borrowed from the library, and she's open to conversation. ]

[A little while into her shift, a very short woman comes over to the desk. Really short. Like, 3 feet tall. With pointy ears. She looks kind of annoyed.]

What's a girl gotta do to get a car where she can reach the pedals?

[She drops some car keys onto the desk.] This one's no good. Doesn't anyone make cars for little people?

[ Well, this is an unusual request, but one Leia is happy to try and accommodate. She might not appreciate the tone this young woman has chosen to take, but she'll still be professional. ]

I'm sure something can be done.

I hope you're not in a hurry, though.

Hurry? No. But it's pretty annoying! We need smaller cars!

[She huffs out a breath and leans against the desk.] It's a big people's world.

That does seem unfair. Are you often lacking in accommodations?

All the time. [Bluff 20. It's mostly minor inconveniences, honestly.] And people trip over me too! [That part's... actually true.]

One moment. [ Well, Leia is quickly becoming concerned about this. Though, she does pause a moment to make a phone call, because she doesn't want to waste time waiting on the car. ]

How long have you been here? Nothing's been done yet to make things a bit easier for you?

Not nearly enough. I keep needing booster seats. And don't get me started at trying to see over people's heads in crowds!
