The acting Heads of the Knighthood - Hasmed and Solace - have made a decision that is not easy for many.  Given the terrible state of everything happening in America, they've decided to relocate operations entirely to the States, and have secured a facility near Las Vegas.  It is certainly possible, with the grim missions that lie before them, that many, or all, of the Knights may never return.  Reactions to the announcement are certain to be strong, but it's time to choose what they will bring with them to their new life - and for some, to decide if it's a journey they can bring themselves to take.

I mean, yeah, of course. But I also know it's not gonna be the same.

'cause no one has a Walkman anymore? Or because it seems very terrible now?

Gonna have to take a hard "both" on that one.

I am sure there are very kind people still there. I watched a documentary about Fred Rogers and he said to look for the helpers. We can't be the only helpers.

I mean, far be it for me to argue with Mr. Rogers.

Well, you can't, he's dead.

What kind of hell world did I come back to?

Would you want him to be around to witness this? I think that would be cruel.

[ while he is having an existential crisis about the lack of fred rogers in their hellish world, kali pulls out her phone and googles something real quick (computer use 17), before turning the phone for peter to see. ]

There's a record store in Las Vegas that sells cassette tapes. [ a gift from kali. ] You can get more.

I guess we are heading that direction. You don't think they'll be tainted with evil, do you?

Come to think of it, not really. And I would know. I'm full of bad ideas. To outweigh all the awesome ones.

I'm not entirely sure that is something to be proud of?

[ but she was very sheltered so who knows. ]

I prefer my practicality. [ i mean she has like three total friends and only one of them has left her so like. it's working out well for her? ]

You know what would be impractical? Letting those Cheetos go to waste, when we could be rocking out to David Bowie.

[ she feels a little bad though, like how she felt when she mixed up linda blair and linda hamilton. grabbing an armful of snacks, she follows peter for her music lessons. ]
