[Hemaatite is really excited to explore this new land. She walks all the way to one end of the counter, then comes back to nudge at Alex's hand like 'okay I saw it. now pet me again.' Meanwhile, Faye has found yogurt. Which is good because it doesn't involve her actually cooking anything. So I guess she found culture after all..........

Nah. Well, one of my sisters had a guinea pig when we were kids, that was sort of all ours. But once I moved out, ... I dunno, I was never home that much. I didn't want to be responsible for another living creature that I'd probably end up neglecting.
