[ It seems that Wynn was hoping for Sir Mark Sandazhard to reveal his true identity, and to lead the charge against Dimitris Sarandis' tyrannical hold over the island he was born to rule.   He was not disappointed, and Prince Marcus Andres stands poised to lead the group of Knights who he's worked beside for two years, to confront Sarandis, save their friend Kat, and search the castle dungeon for the captive Dragon's Claw, Sir Thomas Bancroft.    

Before they attempt to answer the castle, however, it's time to reunite the Prince with his childhood friends on the Isle, who had long held out hope that he was still alive, including his once-betrothed, Countess Lara Tamon.  Their first task will be to convince Lara to make a risky attempt to draw Kat out of the castle.  

The fate of their captured allies, and the future of Andres Isle, lie in their hands.  ]

If you spoke to her mother, perhaps we could go to her house together, play it off like we're just stopping by to say hello? [That would require getting out of their fancy armor. Hmm...]

Be a whole lot faster than hoping she shows up at one of the secret places. [Spike scratches his head looking up thoughtfully.] Might be worth checking the bridge, though. Odds are if she's not there, one of her friends might be, and they'd know how to get in touch.

[ She looks to Myri with a smile like yooo good job. Nodding, she looks back to Spike. ]

We can try the bridge first, and send Finnick to the front door to deliver the message to meet us if she’s not around. That’s the best way not to arouse any suspicion.

[ Because what the fuck are neighbors going to think of a bunch of armored idiots throwing rocks at her window? ]

Except the bridge has the other knights all over it right now.

[(Wis 14) Apparently... he was sort of paying attention.] I doubt we'll find her there. Our best bet is to stay hidden and let Myri handle it.

You don't think Finnick's... reputation is gonna cause word to spread like wildfire that he's back?

[Myri watches the conversation dissolve like it tends to. Shaking her head, she holds up her hands.]

Just tell us what you need us to do. [She says to Mark, sort of ignoring everyone else- but for a reason! He has a good point about Finnick. And he's in charge this time around. This is one of the smallest decisions he might make. They have a few options for how to get Lara's attention. So Mark should make the call on how to do it.]

[ And again with the good points, Myri. Remaining quiet, Buffy looks to Mark like yo you're gonna be the leader now so be the leader.

Except it's not remotely judgmental. In fact, she looks like she has all the faith in the world in his abilities to do this: to come up with a plan that will work for them. ]

[ he looks between them all, and his eyes involuntarily dart to gar, as if he's worried about offending her by making a decision for the team now, but she just gives him a little smile, and he takes a deep breath, exhaling it and saying: ] We can't waste time just hoping that we're going to run into one of them, and we don't want to interfere with what the other teams are up to. It's late, and unlikely that Dimitris has soldiers patrolling the upscale neighborhoods - I doubt we need to worry about anyone being recognized and talked about by the nobles except for Finnick and well... Me. I'm sure Lara will play along with Myri being a friend if she shows up at the door, and help make it seem less suspicious. We just need an excuse for why she's coming to see her so late, something that isn't going to invite her parents in on the conversation. Maybe if she showed up crying, it would seem like she needed to talk to a friend about something private, and make sense for them to leave to do it.

[Wow, Mark. That was a... surprisingly solid plan. Des is impressed.]

[finnick is ok with this plan. so he just nods and gives myri reassurances.] You'll do great.

[NO PRESSURE GUYS. Myri nods, looking only...slightly nervous.]

I suppose I should go change.

[This Knights armor sure wont sell her story. So she will just go take some time to get out of her armor (in private on the plane. I feel like i need to specify here). She made need help. Idk anything about armor. Finnick come help your fiancé out of her clothes. You're an expert at this by now.]

[ while they're waiting, mark looks out over the island, the sight obviously emotional for him. after a couple minutes, however, he looks to spike, and says hesitantly: ] How, uh...

How did she seem? Lara, I mean.

[Des exchanges a look with every other present member of failboat, like he's wondering if anyone is gonna point out the ENGAGED ELEPHANT IN THE ROOM.]

Uh, ok, I suppose. Bit angst-ridden, but I suppose that's to be expected.

[ Lawful Good to the rescue. ]

[And here walks myri in normal clothes. Which are probably like workout clothes. What the fuck else do you wear under armor? Whatever. Either way, she walks up right as Buffy starts to speak, but doesn't really piece it all together as to what they're talking about (wis 12).]

[Des grimaces and rubs the back of his neck, turning to Mark.] Look, you should know beforehand that Sarandis set the whole thing up, mostly. It's not like she wants this. [(wis 17 to remember that... Lara and Michael looked hella uncomfortable at the party)]
