[ Having spent months scrying on areas of the Island scouted out by Sir Bancroft and Sir Chessing, Hasmed is able to send a few groups to the Island via greater teleport spells, with a fairly small margin for error, as to where they're going to land. The Shadowkind prison teams land flawlessly, and the very big group appears in a clearing in the middle of the woods, abruptly finding themselves surrounded by trees and mostly darkness. The moon is in its last quarter, and with the trees so thick above them, there are only patches of light that filter down here and there. Those with darkvision or lowlight vision can see perfectly, but anyone with normal vision may find themselves squinting to see much of anything.

The teleport spell only works if the entire group is physically connected, so when they arrive, Wolverine yanks his hand off Nathan's shoulder, and gives Drax a Look like stop touching me if you value your hand. Eric runs his Drakenet app to determine their location, then announces: "Dead on." In other words, no spell mishap sending them miles off target. Beside them all, Lan's mount, Daisy, stamps her feet slightly, obviously unnerved by the magic. He whispers "Whoa, there" and reins her in, causing her to settle. ]

[ blue advances forward, popping a shot off at gus, but the distance isn't doing him any favors (atk 11). green crit fails as he stares in horror at the bear coming their way. meanwhile purple tries to full retreat from YOU CRAZY FUCKS TRYING TO MURDER THEM. ]

[Meanwhile, Klaus just stands there like, "Really?" when four other people swoop in on his intended kill and in doing so murder any interest he may have had in tearing apart said purple soldier.

Someone else can chase that bitch down, because he's suddenly more interested in the commotion behind them--or, more specifically, closing as much distance between himself and the group of rainbow soldiers congregating at their backs.]

[ Well, it's pretty much against Alanna's entire ethical code to chase down and murder someone who's running away.

On the other hand, the others are advancing. So. She doubles back to where Cora, Gus, and Eric are, casting produce flame (which will last for 5 minutes or 5 attacks, whichever comes first).

She throws the first ranged fireball at Blue up there to the top left (atk 16 vs touch, fire dmg 11 if it hits). ]

[With purple dispatched, Dimitri will head back into the clearing, re-joining the group there as more enemies begin to surround them.

orange moves forward, keeping cover behind the trees and shoots at klaus (atk 19; 3 dmg if it hits. ) eric moves up closer behind mellie, firing twice at pinky and hitting him right in the chest (atk 27; atk 21; total dmg 20). ]

[Well, someone needs to chase down and murder purple, and luckily Jaime doesn't have much of an ethical code. So he charges again, trying to mow down purple (atk 16 atk 20 thx action point, dmg 12 if it hits).]

[ that's just enough to knock purple to 0 hp, which means he sprawls on the ground, barely conscious. he decides, with his final moments of being awake, to take an action anyway: shooting upward at jaime (atk 15), who manages to rear his horse aside just in time. with that, purple slumps over, down for the count. ]

[Red doesn't even seem to see the tiny werewolf coming. She keeps charging him, claws out to slash at the man with the gun (attack 13 action point says 26, damage 9).]

[ blue backs up from where klaus is coming for him, firing off one shot (atk 25; dmg 5 if it hits). green moves out beside purple, directing his fire towards gus so he can STOP ELECTROCUTING PEOPLE (atk 18, 8 dmg if it hits) ]

[Although he's able to avoid the first shot, the second tears into the flesh of Klaus' arm even as he closes the remaining distance between himself and blue. The whites of Klaus' eyes begin to darken until they are entirely black, irises glowing gold like a fucking werewolf once he's caught up--at which point he attempts to subdue to fleeing soldier (grapple: attack 32, damage 12 if successful).

Assuming he's able to successfully grapple his opponent, Klaus will then attempt to nom a bitch's throat and make blue his capri-sun to gain those five hit points he just lost back (drain: attack 27, damage 15). Don't mind us we're just embracing in the moonlight and necking in the middle of the freaking battlefield. :')]

[ With Klaus fucking biting (???????) Blue, Alanna decides not to fireball him again and instead charges between Gus and Dimitri at gray. Raising her sword, she brings it down hard (atk 24, dmg 7). ]

[ pink strafes right, to move behind the trees, firing on eric (atk 16), who easily ducks away from the bullet. ]

[Dimitri runs past Alanna to reach green in order to hopefully back up Mellie, who has taken some damage already. He slashes with his stake, hoping to bury it in the guard's chest, but he misses (atk 14).]

[ orange is horrified by watching klaus ripping away at that guy's throat (he's still alive, squirming beneath klaus' fangs) and he isn't too keen on being next, so he tries to mow him down without bothering to take the -4 for not having precise shot. if he shoots his friend, so be it. HE'S ALREADY DEAD, PROBABLY. SOON. (atk 25 and atk 24; dmg 4 and 6 respectively).

[No time to waste! Jaime swings his horse around and together they head over towards Red. Jaime raises his greatsword, swinging it down at the guy's head (atk 16, dmg 8 on the off chance that hits).]

which allows mellie to take a full attack on black, batting him around with her huge paws (claw atks 26 & 27, dmg 10 & 15) before pulling him in to bite his face off probably (bite atk nat 20, 27 total; dmg 26). ]

red takes a step back, waffling between jaime and cora, but finally shooting at her (atk 21; 10 dmg if it hits) ]

[First Jamie just charges out of nowhere which annoys her because SHE HAD THIS and then she gets shot which really only doubles that annoyance. She snarls a bit at the hit before turning back and slashing at Red with both hands (attack 26, damage 9 & attack 27, damage 10).]

blue tries to break away from klaus (22 opposed grapple), probably unsuccessfully. green takes a crack shot at gus (atk 28; dmg 10). ]

[Another nat 20 says Klaus ain't letting that bitch go anytime soon (damage 11, if the grapple continues to inflict damage idfk tho). Meanwhile, unless blue drops dead Klaus will continue to drain a bitch so enjoy that 2d6 constitution damage (which totals 7 if I roll for that, but again I have no idea because this is my maiden voyage re: combat with Klaus).

Otherwise, if blue goes unconscious or dies or something Klaus will just use his move action to beeline it toward orange who was dumb enough to nab his attention by fucking shooting him up in the middle of dinner. Rude.]

[ She turns her blade towards Green as Purple slips away from her (which I think she should have gotten an attack of opportunity against Purple for, since she successfully charged and then he moved out of her threatened space? If so: atk 25, dmg 6).

Rather than draw closer, she raises the fire in her offhand and hurls another charge of her produce flame spell at Green (touch atk 20 total, no saving throw, 7 fire damage). That's what you get for fucking with Gus. ]
