♬ White Wedding - Billy Idol
WHO || Failboat, Dimitris Sarandis, Amanda Moulet, invited wedding guests, and more [closed]
WHAT || The Knights head to Slovechnia to interrupt Dimitris' wedding to Dumage's sister
WHERE || Flight from London to Slovechnia; Slovechnia
WHEN || Sometime in February
HOW || Actionspam or prose
The morning after, the Knights board a plane at their private airfield, and begin the couple hour flight to the country of Slovechnia. Wynn has laid out a plan for them as such, leaving Sir Gar in charge of seeing it executed: they are to send in a few Knights to infiltrate the wedding, while others steal an ambulance from a local hospital. Using magic to make Sarandis think he's having a heart attack during the ceremony, they will intercept the outgoing call to the paramedics, and pose as them to take him out of there and straight to a private airfield to meet with Wynn. They're all aware, however, of just how smoothly their plans tend to go where these villains are involved - especially if the Mind Master shows up.
Either way, it promises to be an interesting day...

Otherwise, she'll also have a couple drinks at some point during the flight, so she can be caught doing that too.]

Well, that went about as well as ever.

We've had worse, we've had better. [There's a graceful shrug of one of her shoulders.] We're all going home in one piece and they're not. Amanda is safe from Sarandis. To the plan has never seemed to be our style. There's always a turning point somewhere.

[But it wasn't going to stop the potential upcoming apocalypse.
Still, she manages to smirk at him, attempting some dry humor.]
Maybe even enough for a whole week.

[There are worse villains out there, sure, but none of them had hurt Spike quite as personally.]

You're right. I'm sorry.
[She leans in to kiss him on the cheek.]
We should have a drink to celebrate then, don't you think? Or several.

[Because he'd drink it all first, probably.]

It'll be good to be home.

Still, there's a hesitance and a slight tension to her at the other woman's words.]
I'm relieved to see everyone making it back in one piece.

I know you're still planning on leaving. If that's what's bothering you, that is. Our victory here doesn't change the training that you know you need.

[Her look is sheepish as she looks over.]
You're right, though. I will be nice to be there, if only for a little while. [Her eyebrows lift slightly.] Can I see Shayla before I leave?

I couldn't have asked for a better squire, you know. You're a remarkable woman, Elena.

[Elena's lips break into a smile even as she looks down at the ground briefly before her eyes lift back to the other woman's.]
I could not have asked for a better mentor and friend when I first arrived here. You made sure I had a home and hope when I might not have had any. You deserve so much more than what life has given you. [She reaches out and takes her hand.] No matter what happens, or where I am, I am thinking of you.

You'll be in my thoughts every moment until you return to us.
