The first twenty-four hours of searching yielded no results, in the hunt for Elena and the escaped doppelganger Kyp.  Most consider it not worth keeping up the search when both of them are capable of vanishing into literally any crowd, but Wynn isn't so quick to give up.  To that end, he's hired monster hunter Dean Winchester to work with a special team in trying to track them down.  A few other Knights familiar with Elena are invited along to the mini briefing, where Wynn and Dean already wait.

[ Dean rolls his eyes and just... addresses rose. The rest of y'all are dead to him. ] So long as they think we're authorities, they'll cooperate. Look in the glove box. [ when she does, she'll find a treasure trove of fake ids. Too bad they're all...from America. (Yeah he rolled a 2 on that wisdom check. At least he's remembering to drive on the other side of the road ok ]

Not sure how far we'll get posing as the... Department of Fish and Wildlife. [And another.] FBI? [She throws a look back at Helen because Rose's Wisdom check was 17.] Think you can pull off concerned parent?

[And Archer flips out his ISIS Badge which actually still looks like a cartoon. He hasn't seemed to have noticed the difference yet.]

Then we run the risk that they sympathize with rebellious teenagers and will cover for her. I'm telling you. Authorities is the best angle.

What authorities run in packs. We're not exactly dressed like we're packing heat. [ Or anything else for that matter. Maybe Archer is. He's not over the crotch gun. ]

If he's sympathetic and room isn't occupied, he might give you the key. [ And again, he could just bypass it all and dominate the poor bastard. ]

His petulant fine makes it unnecessary though, the Dhampir stiffening as they pull into the parking lot.]

[Heading into the front desk area of the motel, Helen doesn't really need to fake her concern. She does care about Elena.]

[ the guy at the desk looks up from his magazine, chewing on some beef jerky.

[ Damon follows Helen. His concern doesn't need to be faked either. He stays quiet, sullen-looking. Helen, do your thing. ]

About as good as I am at breaking into hotel rooms if this plan goes sideways. [ he's already pushing his door open to head that way.

[ Damon usually goes for the more direct approach. He's a little surprised Helen didn't jump right out and say, mother-daughter, etc (INT 18), he knows they should've appealed as more pleasant but worried. But she jumped right to "grave danger." So, that's what he's going to do. ] Because, the guy my sister was with is bad news. [ (bluff 22). ] Her name's Elena. She has straight brown hair. And she's missing.
