[ Two groups stow away on a barge bringing imports onto Andres, aided with invisibility and silence spells.  The members of both groups sneak away from the docks, to congregate between warehouse buildings.  Dean checks his weapon in the dim light, glancing down towards the mouth of the narrow alley, and then glancing back at the other group. ]

Castle can't be more than a half mile.   Odds are that's where Elena's headed too - that or the prison in the woods.  Depends on what they're here for.

Most of the spells I've memorized for tonight are meant for when we're inside the castle itself. We're just going to have to be as quiet as possible. [basically not wanting to use up all of her spell slots just getting to the castle.]

Shouldn't be too hard. Stick to the shadows and keep quiet. Once we get in the castle we can break out the heavy artillery.

Mostly Will, I need you to read people, let us know if anyone is behaving in a way that doesn't fit. A guard that isn't watching exits, something like that. We have no idea what Kyp and Elena will look like so that will help us narrow things down.

When we do find Elena, Will, you get her in cuffs and you get her back to one of the boats. She's not to be harmed but she's not to be trusted either.

[She pauses a moment, as if daring anyone to challenge that statement.]

As for Kyp? There is no question mark. Will's priority is getting Elena out of there, mine is taking care of Kyp. Depending on how things go down, Dean you'll either be with me or helping Will get Elena back to the boats.

[And with an exhale, that's the end of Rose's TLDR planning for their group.]

In order to put this hit squad of yours into action, you need to actually find the guy, so why don't we start moving and worry about the nuts and bolts later. By the time you find them, they could have split up.

Our mission, according to Wynn, was to stop them from interfering with any of the other missions taking place tonight. Depending on what we find, we could cuff him, too. But that's the point. We don't know what we're going to find.

Did I ever actually say I was going to kill him? [Will Save 23 to not lose her shit at the name calling and accusations.] I said I was going to take care of him and my orders, from Wynn, are to take Kyp down any way I see fit.

Just make sure you don't lose sight of bringing in Elena. Because if you lose her because she watches you gun down her BFF, then all your planning isn't worth shit.

[She doesn't ... directly care about Elena's emotional well-being so much - she knows Vi does - but bringing her is the big point - Kyp is incidental. Losing Elena would go over worse with Wynn than letting Kyp live.]

Which is why I prioritized getting Elena out of there before we deal with Kyp. [No yeah shit for Diplo skills paired with a Will Save of 24... From the edge to her voice, Rose is done so moving quickly onwards.]

Now if maybe we could focus on moving out?

[will stares at soldiers (spot 27) and tries to sense anything ~off~ about them. (sense motive 39 for soldier 1; 38 for soldier 2.)]

[Alainn is just staring at the two teams and all of the bickering like what. the fuck. is even going on.

and then there are soldiers and people are actually being quiet. she debates whether to knock them out and take their uniforms or not, then decides she'll wait until they get into a better position before doing anything.]

[ there's a definite sense of camaraderie between the soldiers, but they also carry themselves like they're military, and like they've been walking this beat for awhile. both are on edge, and it's clear that this isn't just any other day, but it doesn't take much of a wisdom check to remember there was a prison break like. two days ago. ]
