[Oh god. Here we go. Andrew gives Bo another glance, as if he's working up the nerve. His arm moves around her, squeezing her against his side a bit. Despite his nerves, he's still grinning like a moron.]

So this is all really new. Only just found out myself this morning. But I'm really excited about it and I hope you all are too. [He stops and looks at them all expectantly, as if they should know where he's going with this.]

Baby. We're having a baby. Well, Bo is. But it's mine, too.

[She grins, showing all her teeth, her shoulders lifting like 'yay?']

[ Matt sits up a little and starts to grin like it's Christmas. Which... it is. DOUBLE CHRISTMAS. ]

[ ella squeals happily and leaps off the couch to go hug... bo. she's so teeny that her head pretty much comes up to bo's belly so she's sort of hugging the future baby, too. ]

[Andrew gives his dad a quick glance, looking maybe a little more stern than he might expect. (intimidate 20 total i'm dying. it's his first dad face.)

Thankfully, everyone else has a reaction that he can focus on.]

Yeah, it's gonna be great. [He says at roughly the same time as Ella collides with Bo. He lets out a laugh, not at all bothered that his wife is the one receiving her excitement.]

A little one for all of you to spoil, no doubt.

[Bo returns Ella's hug with mild surprise, her smile warm.]

[Considering she doesn't even know her own mother's name, only knows that she was terrible and abandoned her in some way, reassurance that she's not going to suck is...the best tbh.

Her eyes glance over at Andrew's mom, and she nods once.]

No details yet, since we only just found out too, but what better day to let everyone know, right?
