[ abigail doesn't mind desk duty most of the time. she's very good at tersely hanging up on people and it gives her time to read or listen to music on her phone. she doesn't have all the music she got from alana's stack of gift cards back home, but she's slowly making up for it. ]

[ pulling the log back, and maybe checking it to see that it's not a fucked up clock, her forehead wrinkles. yes, the answer is yes. of course she has. he asked her for space and she was determined to give it to him. but she's confused as to why he is asking. which is why she lies. ]
