Bambi. Like the deer. And, FYI, my mom is back in Philadelphia and has never, to my knowledge, been shot. [Said like she's had to say that a hundred times before.] I've been here since December. Kind of a slow starter because of a miscommunication about gun handling.

Considering you're not completely positive if your mom's been shot, I'd say there's a miscommunication for sure.

I haven't seen her in years, okay. The gun handling miscommunication is a completely separate incident. Incidentally, don't trust anything Harrison tells you. The fucker sleeps on a bed of lies.

Maybe there's a mission out there to infiltrate a drag club. We can dream.

I feel like some nonsensical cutesy missions are just what the doctor ordered anyway. Save some kittens from trees and protect important drag queens to get the taste of Doppelpalooza out of our mouths.

You know? The whole doppelganger thing? Have you seriously missed that? Where's the rock you've been hiding under and what're you doing there?

I've heard about it, yeah. But haven't really gotten enough detail to know about it. So what's the scoop?

So check this. Two of the knights got kidnapped and replaced by this doppelganger for a few months, so then they came back at some Dragon's Tongue party with one of the Dragon's Claws- the really British one- all beaten up and shit. Said they were abducted to that sketchy island no one likes talking about. So they corner the doppelganger and stick him in the cells. No big, right? Except for the trauma.

[She pulls a cigarette from behind her ear and lights it. Despite there... probably being no smoking inside rules.] Anyway. So one of the other knights is a doppelganger too and I guess she's been super Stockholmed or something because the next thing anyone hears, she's let the bastard go and fled the country.

[Yes, as Bambi tells this tale, Stiles remembers bits and pieces. It's just never been put out there like that. Bambi is speaking his language basically.]

Wow- and there's no sign of them?

No, but I heard they hired this bounty hunter to- [she balances her cigarette between her teeth and mimes pumping a shotgun and aiming it. For someone who knows fuckall about handguns, she SOMEHOW KNOWS THAT. And so does anyone who has ever played Duck Hunt. Fuck you.

Also downside of gossip? You don't get... the whole story ever. Someone heard "hunter" and the story just... exploded.]
