Not to mention many Shadowkind brought seasonal or religious celebrations of their own through the Veil with them. So if you're looking for a comprehensive list...

So here, as in London. I know there's one coming up soon. Have you heard of Easter?

No, outside of seeing it written in the paper some kind of shopping sales.

Yes, well, many in this world do seem to turn a fair profit off these celebrations - but I suppose that's true of any world.

Regardless, it's a holiday born out of religious tradition - a mixture of pagan and Christian histories, although most see it as simply the latter.

Interesting, and pagan is the one closer to witchcraft, right? I hate to sound stupid here, but I am a bit new to this all.

Well, most pagan traditions are tied off from worship of spirits, or more often, of gods of the Shadow World who managed to establish some power here. The term is actually a bit misleading, as it encompasses so many different beliefs. You might think in terms of polytheism, but not all of it involves worshiping 'gods' either.

I can understand that at least. Still, this sounds like it will be a lot of reading. Luckily, I don't have much else to do.

I don't mind explaining about the ones I've become familiar with. Many of these are still new for me, since I came to this world a few years ago.

I'd like that actually, hearing it from someone else whose knew to this type of world might be easier then reading it and getting confused.

A holiday all about spreading joy and cheer, and recognizing the important people in your life.

Sounds pretty nice. Though I suppose I'm outta luck, I don't have important people in my life.

I don't really know anyone besides Bo and Faye well enough to count as important. Well... Maybe I'd give Wynn a gift, he did give me a chance.

[ gently, as if she doesn't want to pry: ] You make it sound as if you needed one.

We all have something to atone for.

[ He spoke with a light shrug.]

He's a good man, he'll always have my respect.

I think some Knights might give him more trouble than others.
