Guess you've got a point there. Being a shut in was working out for me too until recently. Sort of a half shut in now.

Shut up- I'm bad with words. I just mean that I'm trying to get out there more. They have me running the equipment orientations for the new squires. Sort of crazy. Never would have she'd ask me.

So why did she?

Not sure. I think she wanted to see if I could manage it without fallin' on my face. Or maybe she just didn't want to deal with it. Could be a bit of both, I guess.

Probably the first one. She seems kinda stone cold to me.

Yeah, she's hard to read. Not a bad boss to have, though. I mean she doesn't really care what I'm doing so long as I get done what I need to. Lots of side projects that I've got in the works.

Like what?

Tinkering with different surveillance stuff. Bugs. Tracking devices. And it's still in a really early stage, but I'm working on writing a new virus.

Oh yeah? What's it do?

I call it a blackhole. More like a vacuum but blackhole sounds cooler. Anyway- it'll simultaneously erase data while filtering it to a designated drive. So it's like it's sucking it up, right? And the longer it goes on, the more powerful it gets, builds momentum, spreads out across a network.
