WHO || Anastacia O'Keefe, Bambi Dalton, Frankie Matera, Helen Magnus, Alaric Saltzman, Alice Lincoln, Edain, Thoster Chatwyn, Hook, Adi Laskaris, Max Rast, Brantley River
WHAT || A team of Knights is tasked with providing transport off the Island for local Shadowkind
WHERE || Andres Isle
WHEN || September 19th, 2014
HOW || Actionspam
[ The two groups responsible for evacuation of Shadowkind travel to the island via stealth boat, which puts their arrival a little behind everyone else's. They run aground not far from both the woods, and the harbor. Edain grins out at the sleepy island, dressed in full armor, hand on the hilt of his sword. Anastacia frowns as she watches the woods, however, clearly more on edge about what they have to do. ]
From here, everything looks so peaceful...

Wire's cut. Anything else?

They killed a man, right on this dock.

Should be safe to climb aboard.
[/completely oblivious to Max's issue rn.]

How do you figure that?
[ Should he know about what skills the other people on his team have?? Probably?? Oh well. ]

fight clubmax's powers is max doesn't talk about max's powers.but sigh. fine. ] Because I... saw it. [ yes, that's... close enough to the truth ] Trust me.
It was brutal.

[He sounds annoyed, like it's more of a cue to get your shit together than an actual offer since it's not like they have a ton of time to waste.]

[But he'll head up to it anyway and search for them. Not super effectively. Hopefully someone else has better eyes (search 10).]

After Bambi picks up, there's a brief, startled pause (Knowledge (computer expressions) 6), then:]
...I'm glad you're prepared to shoot trouble, but I'm actually in need of aid of a different sort. How did you get the alarm off again?
[Pause.]
I'm not colorblind. [He latches his hook under the panel and pries, with more success this time (str 14? hopefully?).] Green, right?
sorry for the late reply
sexy and hotfriendly pirate rather than seemingly eager to hook pirate.Not saying he is not hot either.Nevertheless, good luck, bro!Meanwhile, Brantley is keeping his eyes on the disturbed Max. He follows him to the other side of the dock and taps him on the shoulder. (spot 15, sense motive 25, this is enough, right?)]
Hey. Are you okay?

Is it something we need to investigate? We've a while until we'll need to leave, I'd wager.

He goes toward the shack without waiting for his teammates' confirmation. Definitely a very good idea. At least he keeps his guard up and tries to be careful about it (move silently 16, spot 6, listen 9). Not successfully though.]

Wha...! Oh...
[Brantley almost jumps aside as Hook's hook hooks him. Not everyday you have a hook on your shoulder. But he does manage to muffle his astonishment (will 16).]
Yeah, that is a good idea. Sorry.
[He is just going to wait for the team to advance. This time, he tries to be more careful about it by letting the others take the lead. Well, not really, he lets the other take the lead halfway but he eventually increases his pace and shows his gentleman's attitude by opening the door for the rest of them (wis 6). There isn't a bad time to show some courtesy, is there?]
