[ The castle can be a happening place, even on more mundane days. This log is for random interactions over the course of these few months. Because not everyone is into parties, ok.   Characters participating in the following missions are asked to wait until their missions have concluded before tagging into things that take place chronologically after said missions:  Dead of Winter, Curse of the Homo Magi, Ravenloft, Shadow Bermuda, and City of Blood  If you aren't certain if that applies to you, please ask!  Characters who are not currently squired in may also post, as their characters are living in the castle awaiting their ceremonies.

Welp once, back in I was in LA back in me world, I lost a hand of dice and had to make a quick get away. These were the ugly beat a fella down and rob ya blind types. So, in a moment of pure genius on my part I decided, what have I got to lose, and jumped down in the sewer...

[ Maybe not a shining example of bravery here.]

Of course the guys eventually realized what I'd done, so they came down after, so I ran. Seein' a huge shape in the distance I knew better than to stop, Michael Myers is likely a friendlier guy than this lot. As I got closer well, the guy wasn't human and he certainly wasn't happy about the situation. Us tramplin' his home and all.

[ SOUNDS LIKE THE START OF HER AND SEBASTIAN'S MISSION lmao. amy listens with rapt attention, continuing to be a great audience. ]

[ Sadly, her and Sebastian were likely more brave than Doyle could ever be...and ... well he's making this up.]

I did what ever life preservin man bein' chased by thugs would, I ran past tall dark and scaley and stopped realizing there was a wall. Now. I figured that's it, I'm bout to bite the dust but nope. These idiots start talkin' bad about the scaley fella, and clearly hurt the buggers feelin's so, he went to town on them. Just left and right and their guns didn't help them at all.

But yeah. Lizard man's name is Ben. He's pretty cool. Once he got done whailing on them he turned to me and best I could think to do was offer him one of the beers I had stashed in me coat before hand. Lizards like beer, useful fact there.

I feel the need to do you a public service and let you know that you're about to drink the Brit equivalent of PBR. I'm all for being a cheap drun but that's like, one step away from drinking wine found in the bargain bin at a dollar store and I speak from experience.

More like... a day ending in a Y? This place gives us a perma-free bar tab. I figure if I'm gonna keep almost dying, I'm gonna drink the good stuff on my down time.

[It's a little disturbing how somebody so tiny can drink whiskey, straight and not even flinch but... Kenzi. If she could take levels in Alcoholic she would. (Fort Save 20 total).]

I'd rather skip the almost dying altogether but it seems to go with the territory. At least with the Knights there are people with much bigger weapons that I can hide behind. [At least she's honest?]

[ He mused lifting the glass in a playful salute, taking a drink. He wasn't phased by how she could put her booze back. That just gave her more points.]
