[ The castle can be a happening place, even on more mundane days. This log is for random interactions over the course of these few months. Because not everyone is into parties, ok. Characters participating in the following missions are asked to wait until their missions have concluded before tagging into things that take place chronologically after said missions: Dead of Winter, Curse of the Homo Magi, Ravenloft, Shadow Bermuda, and City of Blood If you aren't certain if that applies to you, please ask! [ Mars moved to go turn down the music some, his silly pop music he likes.]
She, her name is Venus. [ He chuckled, but Venus moved like she knew what Kenzi was saying, and bowed her head before mewing at her. Holding a paw out.] If you mean a familiar, yes, that is what she is. I don't bring her along as much as I should, but I worry about her getting hurt.

[She feels worse about it than she lets out but god forbid Kenzi actually admit such a thing.
She double takes at the extended paw, looking back to Mars like, is she trying to shake my hand right now?! But rather than wait for confirmation, she extends her own hand towards the kitty (Hand Animal 17).]
Nice to meetcha Venus. Names Kenzi. Fun fact, people used to call me meow-meow so we already have a lot in common. [Glancing back at Mars.] She ever tried to follow you anyway?

[ he spoke as Venus moved her paw on Kenzi's hand, the closest to a shake a kitty can do. She mewed a bit and her tail swayed. She was in a good mood.]
....I don't think I want to know how you got that nick name, but she does tend to like woman better than men in general. Outside of Adam, she seems to adore him. And yeah, I've had to take her out of my messenger bag a few times. She will pull everything out and climb in.

[ Boy doesn't realize Klaus might have plans for him.
He keeps his distance from Kenzi all the same, moving to sit on the couch, while Venus moved forward taking two paws now off the dresser to try and climb up on Kenzi. She likes this ladies style.]
She thank you for noticing her taste. [ He can hear Venus' thoughts just fine.] She wont even wear kitty sweaters, the hats she wears to parties are the extent she is willing to do. I wouldn't mind bringing her along as long as I knew she was safe.
