[ The castle can be a happening place, even on more mundane days. This log is for random interactions over the course of these few months. Because not everyone is into parties, ok.   Characters participating in the following missions are asked to wait until their missions have concluded before tagging into things that take place chronologically after said missions:  Dead of Winter, Curse of the Homo Magi, Ravenloft, Shadow Bermuda, and City of Blood  If you aren't certain if that applies to you, please ask!  Characters who are not currently squired in may also post, as their characters are living in the castle awaiting their ceremonies.

You are encouraged to start your own threads and tag around, and feel free to threadjack into any on-going threads that aren't specified as 'closed' in the subject lines since people can enter into rooms even in the middle of what's going on. [He did not know that about wasps. Most of his experience with bugs has been through Ka Anor, so not exactly the typical bugs.]

That's a pretty big grenade if you're putting a whole nest in it.

One of those little nests, that they build on. It'd have to be 'bout football size to get enough bees though, I s'ppose. Bend it like Beckham across enemy lines though, can you imagine?

That sounds more like a bomb than a grenade. But who knows, maybe the Dragon's Fire could come up with some kind of spell to make it more ... portable?

I'm an idea person, I'm not one for actually puttin' it together. That's for other people to deal with. [ she's very good at delegating. all the delegation. ]

[He smirks a bit.]

I'm sure if you took it to the Hoard, they'd find a way to figure it out.

I'll keep that in mind. Wasp grenade. Brilliant, if I say so myself. Truly inspired, don't you think?

[David nods once in agreement, though he's not sure how it'd handle in practice.]

I'd never see it coming.

Like the Spanish Inquisition or ... Scottish Independence. [ her nose wrinkles slightly. ] Mucked that right up though.

[David actually knows a bit about that shockingly (history 16). He smirks a bit, before shrugging.]

No revolution is ever perfect.

[ humorously indignant: ] It was crap! Handed to 'em on a platter! And they just wasted it.

[He gives a small shrug.]

People don't always know a good thing when they see it.

Obviously. [ mutter mutter. she realizes, belatedly, that they're still walking down the hall and she has no idea where she was heading to begin with. ] So where're you headed, then?

[He glances back to the hallway before pointing ahead.]

Gym. I was going to get some weight training in.

[keptbiting]

Bet you were. [ it's just habit now. ] I think I was heading to the kitchen... I'll see you 'round, yeah?

[David nods in acknowledgement before continuing on his way.]
