[ The castle can be a happening place, even on more mundane days. This log is for random interactions over the course of these few months. Because not everyone is into parties, ok. Characters participating in the following missions are asked to wait until their missions have concluded before tagging into things that take place chronologically after said missions: Dead of Winter, Curse of the Homo Magi, Ravenloft, Shadow Bermuda, and City of Blood If you aren't certain if that applies to you, please ask! Characters who are not currently squired in may also post, as their characters are living in the castle awaiting their ceremonies.

You are encouraged to start your own threads and tag around, and feel free to threadjack into any on-going threads that aren't specified as 'closed' in the subject lines since people can enter into rooms even in the middle of what's going on. [ part of her wants to be like SO WHAT IS UR STANCE ON KNIGHTING AFTER ONE MISSION but she refrains, even though she's curious af, and goes with, ]

Yeah, yeah, bring it on, Karamazov. [ she backs up into one of the sparring circles, bouncing on the balls of her feet. ]

Aw, you even said it right. [at that point he moves forward to strike her, getting one good hit in (atk 21) and then another solid effort (atk 17).]

I practiced. [ she did not. contrary to getting whacked upsetting her, thea smiles a little, pleased with alex's progress, and strikes back quickly, landing a firm blow. (atk 22) ]

How sweet. [i guess being hit took him by surprise and knocked him out of the rhythm he had going (atk 10). but he quickly finds it again, barely getting another whack in. (atk 20)]

[ she tries to dance out of the way, but he's too fast for her, so she comes in with an upward slash, though refrains from actually hitting him in the nuts because she's not a monster. (atk 22 again) ]

I might have taught you too much.

Maybe. [r u d e. don't hit him in the nuts. he's lived through years of sisters thinking that is the best place to hit when roughhousing. he's probably immune. anyway. he goes wide (atk 15) and then tries to compensate by going too wide ... the other direction. (atk 14)]

Hey! [ she steps back, only to move in again to take another slice (atk 22 wtf srsly?). ] Keep it tight, it's not a baseball bat.

I know! [so huffy. and yet his first atk is only 10 ... but maybe that's just a ploy bc his second one is a nat 20.]

[ she makes a face, but doesn't react to any sort of pain that might of caused. ] Better.

[ enough that it makes her miss her own slash, but not by much. (atk 18) ]

[that actually hits, bc he's not wearing an undercover shirt right now so his ac is just 18.] Ow! Well, I don't think I've surpassed you yet. [ he starts out strong with an atk 25 and then ... loses his momentum lmao with an 11.]

Don't be a baby, it didn't hurt! [ the first blow staggers her, but as the twists out of the way of the second, she twirls around, bringing the bokken over her head and sweeps it down against his shoulder. (atk 20 total) ]

That did! [she hurt his shoulder enough to apparently put him on the struggle bus, but at least he doesn't give up, bless his lil heart. (atk 16 / ...5)]
