[ The castle can be a happening place, even on more mundane days. This log is for random interactions over the course of these few months. Because not everyone is into parties, ok.   Characters participating in the following missions are asked to wait until their missions have concluded before tagging into things that take place chronologically after said missions:  Dead of Winter, Curse of the Homo Magi, Ravenloft, Shadow Bermuda, and City of Blood  If you aren't certain if that applies to you, please ask!  Characters who are not currently squired in may also post, as their characters are living in the castle awaiting their ceremonies.

I don't know if I have the strength to hope for anything better, Des. I don't know if I can take that disappointment. I don't know if I can bear to watch those hopes dashed again. If that means they've won, then...

[The words are choked off by emotion. Pregnancy and depression mixed together just makes for a weepy Myri.]

[She gives a small, wordless nod, but doesn't break contact from his forehead to hers. She'll take his word on it. She knows he'll do everything in his power to make it right. But she doesn't know just how far they'll be able to go, how much of this evil they'll be able to take down. Her hope is splintered, weakened, and falling away from her at an alarming rate.]
