[ The castle can be a happening place, even on more mundane days. This log is for random interactions over the course of these few months. Because not everyone is into parties, ok. Most of it was about me anyway, I didn't realize I had so many wild stories in my youth but now I've heard them all. Half I don't even remember. Apparently I was the wild child and my sisters were all angels. [ which seems unbelievable because of alice's propensity toward anxiety, until you remember she literally rushes into danger at every turn. ]
Some of them were so good I wish I could remember, some I would just die of embarrassment. [ and she's going to tell sweets that one. :) ] Apparently when I was a kid the only way to get me to shut up in church was to tell me that God was talking through the priest, except I was a kid and I didn't know what that meant and I guess I thought the priest was God, flat out, so one time a woman was talking behind us during the homily and I stood up on the pew in my Sunday dress and yelled "PLEASE BE QUIET, JESUS IS TALKING" and the entire church started laughing. Dad assured me Father Paul turned it into a teachable moment about how God speaks through all of us.
